• Take responsibility for our journey towards the enterprise platform solution for cleaning by 

• Work hands-on on a serverless, cloud-native platform with a domain driven design approach taking full advantage from leading edge technologies and its best practices

• Lead an international and multicultural team of Software Architects, Solution Architects and Developers to build the first ever one-stop-shop for the cleaning industry

• Own the whole value chain of Software Development and align technical and architectural decisions within SoniQ

• Create well-defined interfaces and an architectural environment, that fosters integration of our product with systems / products of our partners and customers 

• Take care for our growth with our resource allocation and take the appropriate steps in our Recruitment process as well as onboarding new team members

• You are part of the SoniQ Leadership team and help to provide guidance to the company as a whole

• 5+ years of experience in software development and software architectures, ideally with SaaS products in high-growth environments and a service-oriented structure

• Hands-on experience with public cloud providers like AWS, but also deep understanding and passion about software design patterns and best practices

• Ability to transfer our platform vision as well as technological possibilities into effective and efficient measures to make to make it a customer-centered reality 

• Leadership & management skills for diverse near- and offshore development teams, strong in communication and empathy

• You are able to plan on different levels within software development, from strategic overall planning in alignment with other departments up to participation in sprint plannings

• Ability to delegate and manage competing deadlines efficiently

• Experience and/or passion for the cleaning industry as a whole

• Excellent communication skills in German and English, written and verbally

• You are looking to work in Berlin full-time with some occasional travel required
