• You will be a key player in developing user-centric strategies and concepts for our applications, services and digital communications
• Take on responsibility for the UI of our product with a focus on web, app and IoT and work collaboratively in a cross-functional product team to deliver an excellent experience as a team
• Align with stakeholders to develop digital user interfaces that align with our company vision, with a pragmatic implementation approach
• Work closely with digital UX designers as well as industrial designers to create a branded and unique visual experience and to foster our UX/UI guidelines
• You are responsible for the creation of screen designs for different devices You will find the best solutions within our technical frameworks in dialogue with our developers

• Successfully completed studies in the field of graphic, media/communication design or comparable studies plus several years of professional experience as a UX/UI designer
• A lot of style: You are characterised by an awareness of coherent design principles and an individual flair for the special something
• Expertise with different media types (e.g. websites, mobile apps) and user groups on different platforms (e.g. users on business portals) is part of your know-how, in addition you already have worked on B2B SaaS applications
• Ideally, you have already had touchpoints with software development, IT and digital business models
• You show initiative, are always well organised, even when dealing with customers and stakeholders and work creatively and productively within different teams
• As a user advocate, you are a confident sparring partner for POs and stakeholders.
• You feel confident in leading workshops and can communicate the UX idea convincingly
• You are characterised by your analytical and abstract way of thinking as well as your creativity
• Very good written English skills and open to learn German 
• We prefer locals from Berlin at the moment, but as we are looking for the best match, we welcome the perfect candidate in Berlin also from other places

• Shape the entire SoniQ organization along our clear path to growth, our ecosystem relationships as well as our ecosystem go to market approach
