• You act as a sparring partner and work closely with Tech Leads and developers of various teams to assess existing problems and to come up with process improvement solutions to reduce potential bottlenecks
• You provide our distributed team a roadmap for implementing software engineering practices for higher code quality
• Design and monitor unit, integration, system and performance tests, you will also be involved in the implementation and deployment yourself 
• Active participation in deploying platform/application artifacts to appropriate target environments using the supported technologies and infrastructure
• You will contribute to the development as well as the design of the technical architecture and take care of the implementation of the requirements
• In coordination with our product owners and software architects, you define quality requirements, plan their agile implementation and accompany their implementation. You will find innovative technical solutions for manual steps in order to automate them.

• You have strong knowledge of the AWS, (GCP, or Azure would be nice to have) cloud services as well as an understanding of the importance of PaaS and its meaningful use in enterprises
• When it comes to automation, you check the boxes for IaC tools like terraform or serverless or configuration management tools like saltstack
• You are familiar to general operating systems, to scripting on OS levels with PowerShell, Batch and Bash or Python while handling Git and Markdown with ease 
• You have a well-honed understanding of network technologies and structures and software deployment procedures (Blue/Green, Rolling)
• You are a team player and you like to be around your colleagues 
• Strong understanding of agile methodologies while being well organized yourself
• While being passionate about technology and emerging/disruptive technologies, you want to unleash inner self-starter and are open to learning new ideas outside defined scopes or existing knowledge
• Fluent communication skills in English and open to learn German
• We prefer locals from Berlin and Stuttgart at the moment. But as we are looking for the best match, we welcome the perfect candidate in Berlin, Stuttgart also from other places
