• Develop and champion a compelling product vision, strategy and roadmap in support of SoniQ’s goals and objectives
• Define, articulate, and manage product requirements through a cross-functional team, ensuring effective communication with all stakeholders (e.g., POs, developers, architects, shareholders)
• Understand customer and market needs, analyze market offerings and competitor capabilities, use product management methodology including short-term and long-term prioritization to drive a comprehensive roadmap
• Foster and drive a product playbook around multiple acquired products to enable customer migration, crisp requirements, on-time delivery and overall product success
• Promote and foster our product vision; lead, coach, and develop a high-performing product team
• Lead a “whole product” approach to data inflow, outflows and tooling to support scalability of customer onboarding and product usage
• Be accountable for the delivery of the product from requirement to usage and in-life management
• Participate in the Senior Leadership team and help provide guidance to the company as a whole

• 5+ years in product management leadership roles, ideally with software solutions in high-growth environments
• Ability to build big-picture vision and the operational drive to make that vision a reality
• Management skills for a highly complex product portfolio that spans multiple interrelated domains
• Demonstrated ability to effectively build high-performing teams and attract and retain top product talent
• Strategic planning and operational execution skills as well as experience in agile product planning and development methodologies
• Ability to delegate and manage competing deadlines efficiently
• Experience and/or passion for the cleaning industry as a whole
• Excellent communication skills in German and English, written and verbal
• We prefer locals from Berlin at the moment. But as we are looking for the best match, we welcome the perfect candidate in Berlin also from other places
