Own the entire sales cycle - manage all relevant stakeholders along the sales funnel from lead qualification until deal closing, implementation and integration
Identify and foster a manifold of cross-upselling potentials - identify chances for cross- and upselling related to the Kärcher product portfolio as well as additional SoniQ features and modules and enable sales representatives to utilize those opportunities individually
Collaborate closely with SoniQ to define and execute key success factors - prepare market insights and product feedback and present it to the appropriate SoniQ stakeholders
Enable the AK Japan
sales teams to sustainably pitch digital solutions in existing customer networks - train your regional stakeholders regularly based on market specific needs and elaborate best-practices on the sales approach and communicate them to the ALGs
Create and maintain detailed sales planning - conduct and present a performance and sales potential analysis, elaborate optimizations and propose market development initiatives towards AK Japan and SoniQ
Ensure sustainable and long-lasting advantages and success in digital solution sales in AK Japan - position SoniQs existing and upcoming platform modules and new digital equipment generations and leverage sales potentials with other regions across borders
Research and prepare strategies for the further rollout of Digital Professional Solutions - tailor our solution, evaluate potential integrations and identify potential ecosystem partners
Identify and steer measures to continuously communicate the strengths of our platform modules and services - conduct various analysis around digital cleaning solutions and communicate product positioning within the market
Masters degree in marketing, economics, or business administration with at least 3 years of professional experience
Experience in consulting and/ or sales of digital products (esp. SaaS) is highly desirable as is solid knowledge about enterprise IT, the cleaning and/or facility management industry
Willing to travel within AK Japan frequently and/or willing to relocate to Japan
You have an execution-driven mindset with highly developed communication skills and proven record of building strong relationships internally and with customers
You are a passionate individual with high energy who inspires teammates as well as our partners alike to reach their maximum potential and to challenge the status quo
You truly embrace a culture of trust fostered by transparency
Affinity to creating and proving business cases and communicating success stories
Business fluent in Japanese as well as in English are a highly appreciated advantage
